Narrative:
Became ill after landing. Elected to reposition aircraft to parking area in order to secure it for the night. Aircraft would not start due to low battery. Decided to chock and set emergency brake in order to hand propeller right engine. When engine started, the engine surged and jumped chocks.

Title: PLT OF A BEECH 95 LOST CTL OF ACFT WHEN IT JUMPED THE CHOCKS AFTER HAND PROPPING THE R ENG DUE TO A LOW BATTERY. UNKNOWN DAMAGE TO ACFT AND OTHER PROPERTY.
Narrative: BECAME ILL AFTER LNDG. ELECTED TO REPOSITION ACFT TO PARKING AREA IN ORDER TO SECURE IT FOR THE NIGHT. ACFT WOULD NOT START DUE TO LOW BATTERY. DECIDED TO CHOCK AND SET EMER BRAKE IN ORDER TO HAND PROP R ENG. WHEN ENG STARTED, THE ENG SURGED AND JUMPED CHOCKS.
