Narrative:
During descent for arrival, PIC failed to call for descent checklist and we leveled off at 12600 ft rather than our assigned crossing altitude of 12000 ft. We were conducting a CAT ii approach briefing during descent and neglected to set local altimeter as we passed FL180.

Title: DC10 CREW FAILED TO RESET ALTIMETER DSNDING THROUGH FL180 NEAR SEATTLE.
Narrative: DURING DSCNT FOR ARR, PIC FAILED TO CALL FOR DSCNT CHKLIST AND WE LEVELED OFF AT 12600 FT RATHER THAN OUR ASSIGNED XING ALT OF 12000 FT. WE WERE CONDUCTING A CAT II APCH BRIEFING DURING DSCNT AND NEGLECTED TO SET LCL ALTIMETER AS WE PASSED FL180.
