Narrative:
Clearance delivery gave us clearance to atl to include squawk, radial out of cvg to intercept, frequency, altitude, and speed reduction of 250 KIAS. To the best of my knowledge, I never heard 'full readback or rerte clearance.' the controller apparently wanted us to fly the rmg 2 arrival into atl. We were prefiled for the macey 2. It may have been misread and/or incorrectly inputted into the FMC due to a jump seat, cargo (live dog), and the unusual distrs of a full passenger load. We did not realize our mistake until on the ground at atlanta.
