Narrative:
I am currently training at a flight school. I arrived into the fort pierce (fpr) airspace at 1000 ft within 10 NM with my first call to the fpr tower which gave me no response back. I continued the flight until I reached 8 NM and I called the fpr tower again with no response, and then before entering the class D airspace. I heard the fpr tower state, 'flight X, stand by,' then I continued. Then I heard something that was not clear and missed some communications with the fpr tower. I am currently improving my english communication skills to prevent a reoccurrence. Thank you for letting me know about this violation so I can improve in the future.
