Narrative:
Controller gave us a lower altitude in order to sandwich us between 2 other airplanes, asked us to hurry on down, which we did. Prior to leveloff, TCASII noted the traffic below us and our descent rate. Unit gave us a 'decrease descent' advisory. Leveloff was normal after initial response to RA, and at assigned altitude. No traffic conflict.
