Narrative:

After takeoff, aircraft would not pressurize. Noise from first officer window was deafening, making it very difficult for crew to communicate. Attempts by first officer to get window to move or seal better were unsuccessful. Fuel dumped approximately 25 mi north of mem. After dumping to landing weight, returned to mem. Maintenance found first officer window forward lower track bearing loose. Replaced with svcable unit.
