Narrative:
Concerning this matter of passenger misconduct, during the boarding procedure, I was pulling tickets and already approximately 10 mins into process, with a range of 30-40 passenger already in line, a passenger approached me from behind, expecting to be let into line ahead of everyone else who was in an orderly line, causing me to turn over my shoulder while still proceeding with the boarding process. Informed this passenger, respectfully, that he needed to file in order with the rest of the passenger and I would not permit him to be in front of everyone else who was already in line. The passenger did not agree that he had to conform in line like everyone else. After several attempts of persisting and causing delays with the boarding process, his attempt was exhausted. Several mins later he arrived in front of me in line. With much attitude and more arrogance, he presented his ticket, grabbed it back violently. As he entered the jetbridge door. He then turned around and yelled telling me to 'kiss his xyz.' with that verbal threat, I stopped boarding, approached him for his ticket, which he once again waved angrily in front of me. I retrieved his ticket and proceeded to inform the captain of this passenger's verbal threat. The captain immediately decided to remove this passenger. Although this passenger sat in first class the entire rest of the boarding process, which I believe was a reward for not swiftly removing him for his actions, he was then removed quietly and pacifying in such a manner that perhaps to not bring abrupt actions to his inappropriate actions.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B757, MCO-DFW. PAX VERBALLY ABUSED THE TICKET-TAKING CABIN ATTENDANT. CAPT HAD PAX REMOVED ON BOARDING.
Narrative: CONCERNING THIS MATTER OF PAX MISCONDUCT, DURING THE BOARDING PROC, I WAS PULLING TICKETS AND ALREADY APPROX 10 MINS INTO PROCESS, WITH A RANGE OF 30-40 PAX ALREADY IN LINE, A PAX APCHED ME FROM BEHIND, EXPECTING TO BE LET INTO LINE AHEAD OF EVERYONE ELSE WHO WAS IN AN ORDERLY LINE, CAUSING ME TO TURN OVER MY SHOULDER WHILE STILL PROCEEDING WITH THE BOARDING PROCESS. INFORMED THIS PAX, RESPECTFULLY, THAT HE NEEDED TO FILE IN ORDER WITH THE REST OF THE PAX AND I WOULD NOT PERMIT HIM TO BE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE ELSE WHO WAS ALREADY IN LINE. THE PAX DID NOT AGREE THAT HE HAD TO CONFORM IN LINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. HE THEN TURNED AROUND AND YELLED TELLING ME TO 'KISS HIS XYZ.' WITH THAT VERBAL THREAT, I STOPPED BOARDING, APCHED HIM FOR HIS TICKET, WHICH HE ONCE AGAIN WAVED ANGRILY IN FRONT OF ME. I RETRIEVED HIS TICKET AND PROCEEDED TO INFORM THE CAPT OF THIS PAX'S VERBAL THREAT. THE CAPT IMMEDIATELY DECIDED TO REMOVE THIS PAX. ALTHOUGH THIS PAX SAT IN FIRST CLASS THE ENTIRE REST OF THE BOARDING PROCESS, WHICH I BELIEVE WAS A REWARD FOR NOT SWIFTLY REMOVING HIM FOR HIS ACTIONS, HE WAS THEN REMOVED QUIETLY AND PACIFYING IN SUCH A MANNER THAT PERHAPS TO NOT BRING ABRUPT ACTIONS TO HIS INAPPROPRIATE ACTIONS.
