Narrative:
On ILS runway 7 approach at tol, localizer needle 'wiggled' and slid full left on coupled approach, autoplt tried to follow. Executed immediate missed approach. Queried approach if anyone had disrupted ILS localizer signal. He said no. Requested ILS runway 25. Shot ILS and controller discussed that in order for him to have ILS runway 7 checked, he would have to have a second complaint. Landed without further incident.
