Narrative:

Pwrback incident. I was captain on flight abc. This was a normal pwrback from the gate. A tail south turn was briefed. Ramp approved the pwrback and tail south turn. Pwrback began and 1.2 EPR was used. Guideman signaled for tail south and I began turn. Guideman signaled come forward. I came out of reverse and increased power slightly. Aircraft continued to move backwards and I increased power. The guideman signaled stop and I applied brakes. Ramp informed us the aircraft had contacted a service truck.

Narrative: PWRBACK INCIDENT. I WAS CAPT ON FLT ABC. THIS WAS A NORMAL PWRBACK FROM THE GATE. A TAIL S TURN WAS BRIEFED. RAMP APPROVED THE PWRBACK AND TAIL S TURN. PWRBACK BEGAN AND 1.2 EPR WAS USED. THE GUIDEMAN SIGNALED STOP AND I APPLIED BRAKES. RAMP INFORMED US THE ACFT HAD CONTACTED A SVC TRUCK.
