Narrative:
During maintenance base visit of aircraft xyz, I performed modification of flight recorder system, engineering change order wxxx, card 002, page 3 of 3. After aircraft left ZZZ and discussion with fellow mechanics on any problems, we realized that there could be an aircraft out of confign in the system. Because of our shift work, the parties involved got together to finally discuss problem after aircraft departed.
