Narrative:
On visual approach runway 27R at phl, a learjet on final to runway 35 started a go around from very short final and overflew our aircraft by approximately 100-150 ft. The learjet was told to 'south' turn for space, but that action did not work.

Title: LEARJET ABORTS LNDG TO RWY 35 AT PHL AND FLIES OVER AN ACR ON LNDG FLARE TO RWY 27R.
Narrative: ON VISUAL APCH RWY 27R AT PHL, A LEARJET ON FINAL TO RWY 35 STARTED A GAR FROM VERY SHORT FINAL AND OVERFLEW OUR ACFT BY APPROX 100-150 FT. THE LEARJET WAS TOLD TO 'S' TURN FOR SPACE, BUT THAT ACTION DID NOT WORK.
