Narrative:
En route from stl to dfw, climbing through FL290, experienced vibration followed by right oil quantity fluctuation. Engine vibration continued, followed by right oil strainer clogging light. We decided to divert to tul while operating the right engine at reduced thrust. No emergency was declared.
