Frequency 120.9, 6000 ft, sju tower, sju 090 degree radial 30 DME. Overhead air conditioning duct ruptured in smooth air and level flight and dislodged an overhead panel. A passenger was injured (mr. X). Paramedics treated and released the passenger.

Narrative: FREQ 120.9, 6000 FT, SJU TWR, SJU 090 DEG RADIAL 30 DME. OVERHEAD AIR CONDITIONING DUCT RUPTURED IN SMOOTH AIR AND LEVEL FLT AND DISLODGED AN OVERHEAD PANEL. A PAX WAS INJURED (MR. X). PARAMEDICS TREATED AND RELEASED THE PAX.
