Narrative:
Failed to leave copy of dispatch release message at pit operations. First officer copied dispatch release message and left copy at pit operations, but copy machine cut off my signature, name, domicile, and appropriate category. Information was sent to dispatch by ACARS. I guess if you want something done right, you must do it yourself.

Narrative: FAILED TO LEAVE COPY OF DISPATCH RELEASE MESSAGE AT PIT OPS. FO COPIED DISPATCH RELEASE MESSAGE AND LEFT COPY AT PIT OPS, BUT COPY MACHINE CUT OFF MY SIGNATURE, NAME, DOMICILE, AND APPROPRIATE CATEGORY. INFO WAS SENT TO DISPATCH BY ACARS. I GUESS IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT, YOU MUST DO IT YOURSELF.
