High crossing somto on minks arrival. I was flying, briefing expressway visual. ZNY cleared us to 13000 ft. I rolled in 1000 ft down, copilot pointed out we would be high. Informed center. Crossed somto 13800 ft and were immediately cleared to 11000 ft. No TA, or conflicting traffic.
