Narrative:
Departing san on managed instrument departure, we received an RA on the TCASII 'reduce climb,' followed by 'descend, descend now.' we took the aircraft off of autoplt and complied with the RA. Intruder aircraft was not seen.

Title: ACR HAS TCASII RA DURING CLB IN SAN CLASS B AIRSPACE.
Narrative: DEPARTING SAN ON MANAGED INST DEP, WE RECEIVED AN RA ON THE TCASII 'REDUCE CLB,' FOLLOWED BY 'DSND, DSND NOW.' WE TOOK THE ACFT OFF OF AUTOPLT AND COMPLIED WITH THE RA. INTRUDER ACFT WAS NOT SEEN.
