Narrative:
After fuel pump replacement, item was signed off in log and another item opened for leak check. On leak check, pump was seeping so the seals were replaced by me. I signed off leak check good, but neglected to put replaced seals as per maintenance manual, leak check good to indicate I was last mechanic to work on fuel pump.

Title: AN AIRBUS 320 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH AN ENG DRIVEN FUEL PUMP LEAK SIGNED OFF BUT NO DESCRIPTION OF WORK ACCOMPLISHED.
Narrative: AFTER FUEL PUMP REPLACEMENT, ITEM WAS SIGNED OFF IN LOG AND ANOTHER ITEM OPENED FOR LEAK CHK. ON LEAK CHK, PUMP WAS SEEPING SO THE SEALS WERE REPLACED BY ME.
