Narrative:
Misread tandy 3 arrival to sna via fellows. The transition kinda looks like there is 29 mi from sadde to merma. I fixated on the D29 symbol and started descent from FL240 about 60 mi south of fellows VOR. I thought I had 23 mi till sadde and then 29 mi to merma. In fact, I was 20 mi short, so I wound up high over merma plus, while trying to get down, I overshot the 148 degree radial, although I still had course guidance the whole time. Being too familiar with the arrival, coupled with coming in over fellows instead of fillmore contributed to a superficial evaluation and misinterp of the arrival. It was also the last leg of the day after 11 hours of duty and almost 7 hours of flying.

Title: FLC MISREAD STAR AND FAILED TO COMPLY WITH XING RESTR AND OVERSHOT THE INBOUND RADIAL.
Narrative: MISREAD TANDY 3 ARR TO SNA VIA FELLOWS. THE TRANSITION KINDA LOOKS LIKE THERE IS 29 MI FROM SADDE TO MERMA. I FIXATED ON THE D29 SYMBOL AND STARTED DSCNT FROM FL240 ABOUT 60 MI S OF FELLOWS VOR. I THOUGHT I HAD 23 MI TILL SADDE AND THEN 29 MI TO MERMA. IN FACT, I WAS 20 MI SHORT, SO I WOUND UP HIGH OVER MERMA PLUS, WHILE TRYING TO GET DOWN, I OVERSHOT THE 148 DEG RADIAL, ALTHOUGH I STILL HAD COURSE GUIDANCE THE WHOLE TIME. BEING TOO FAMILIAR WITH THE ARR, COUPLED WITH COMING IN OVER FELLOWS INSTEAD OF FILLMORE CONTRIBUTED TO A SUPERFICIAL EVALUATION AND MISINTERP OF THE ARR. IT WAS ALSO THE LAST LEG OF THE DAY AFTER 11 HRS OF DUTY AND ALMOST 7 HRS OF FLYING.
