Narrative:
Flight XXX, feb/mon/00, ZZZ-zza, aircraft xyz operated with placard next GPWS. I did not dispatch it, but took the flight over from the morning shift. I became occupied with several problems and did not double-check the placards on the dispatched flts. The flight was en route when I noticed the placard and elected not to disturb the crew since they were due into zza shortly. I sent a message to the crew as soon as they were on the ground to have the captain call me once in the gate. The captain did call me and I explained the situation to him the placard did not restrict us from operating back into ZZZ.
