Narrative:
On IFR flight plan we were cleared to the lbx airport from ile. Approximately 20 mi out, we were told to descend to 13000 ft and go to lisse intersection and expect the lisse 4 arrival. We did not have this STAR out because it does not serve the lake jackson angleton (lbx) airport. By the time the STAR was pulled, we were over lisse and the controller asked us to verify our altitude. He informed us that our instructions were to cross lisse at 10000 ft. I do not believe this to be true. In any case, the STAR did not serve the lbx airport. At lisse we were cleared direct to lbx and told to descend to 5000 ft.
