30 mi northwest of dvc (ZDV), we overshot our altitude of FL330 to FL333.2 for 4-5 seconds before immediately correcting back to FL330. Inattn was caused by distractive conversation.

Narrative: 30 MI NW OF DVC (ZDV), WE OVERSHOT OUR ALT OF FL330 TO FL333.2 FOR 4-5 SECONDS BEFORE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTING BACK TO FL330. INATTN WAS CAUSED BY DISTRACTIVE CONVERSATION.
