Narrative:
Climb out on gypsum 1 departure, smelled oily smoke while IMC in the vicinity of tall mountains. Cabin rapidly filled with smoke and I dumped cabin pressure to breath. Oxygen masks were available but were not quick don. Declared emergency, got vectors to eagle, and due to excellent help from eagle tower I found the airport (and didn't hit a mountain!).
