Narrative:
An 18 yr old female passenger, on behavior medications, walked around during taxi out. When confronted by a female flight attendant the passenger stated that she was going to 'slap the bitch.' the female passenger also grabbed a male flight attendant's buttocks. The passenger was very aggressive and disruptive. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the girl was traveling with her family of five. The father was an md, who said his daughter had behavior problems and he had her on behavior medication. The older brother was quite embarrassed by her behavior and the younger kids were scared. The father and mother seemed to be unconcerned that their daughter was disrupting the whole flight and that she never sat down for 6 hours. To the passenger and crew, she appeared to be out of control and frightening. Her eyes were dazed and half closed. The family was seated in the back of coach, and she came all the way up to first class to use the lavatories on taxi. That's when she had the confrontation with the female flight attendant. The reporter said that, in retrospect, they should have gone back to the gate and had her removed. The captain was ready to call for auths, but the father had intimidated the purser of a counter-suit, so the reporter didn't have the captain call for auths to meet the flight.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B767-200, SAN-JFK. DISRUPTIVE PAX ON BEHAVIOR MEDICATION, WOULDN'T SIT DOWN FOR TAXI AND REST OF FLT. FATHER (MD) INTIMIDATED CREW. NO CHARGES.
Narrative: AN 18 YR OLD FEMALE PAX, ON BEHAVIOR MEDICATIONS, WALKED AROUND DURING TAXI OUT. WHEN CONFRONTED BY A FEMALE FLT ATTENDANT THE PAX STATED THAT SHE WAS GOING TO 'SLAP THE BITCH.' THE FEMALE PAX ALSO GRABBED A MALE FLT ATTENDANT'S BUTTOCKS. THE PAX WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE AND DISRUPTIVE. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE GIRL WAS TRAVELING WITH HER FAMILY OF FIVE. THE FATHER WAS AN MD, WHO SAID HIS DAUGHTER HAD BEHAVIOR PROBS AND HE HAD HER ON BEHAVIOR MEDICATION. THE OLDER BROTHER WAS QUITE EMBARRASSED BY HER BEHAVIOR AND THE YOUNGER KIDS WERE SCARED. THE FATHER AND MOTHER SEEMED TO BE UNCONCERNED THAT THEIR DAUGHTER WAS DISRUPTING THE WHOLE FLT AND THAT SHE NEVER SAT DOWN FOR 6 HRS. TO THE PAX AND CREW, SHE APPEARED TO BE OUT OF CTL AND FRIGHTENING. HER EYES WERE DAZED AND HALF CLOSED. THE FAMILY WAS SEATED IN THE BACK OF COACH, AND SHE CAME ALL THE WAY UP TO FIRST CLASS TO USE THE LAVATORIES ON TAXI. THAT'S WHEN SHE HAD THE CONFRONTATION WITH THE FEMALE FLT ATTENDANT. THE RPTR SAID THAT, IN RETROSPECT, THEY SHOULD HAVE GONE BACK TO THE GATE AND HAD HER REMOVED. THE CAPT WAS READY TO CALL FOR AUTHS, BUT THE FATHER HAD INTIMIDATED THE PURSER OF A COUNTER-SUIT, SO THE RPTR DIDN'T HAVE THE CAPT CALL FOR AUTHS TO MEET THE FLT.
