Narrative:

I am informing you of an incident that occurred on jan/xa/00 at ZZZ involving the shipment of an overhead unit (XXXX) containing an oxygen generator shipped to xyz. I started an aircraft on ground request from wxy to abc. I questioned my crew chief if it could be shipped. He sent a driver who took the part to hangar to complete the shipping and make sure it was allowed to be shipped.
