Narrative:
A passenger in approximately row xy pushed the call light. Flight attendants #2 and #4 responded to the call and determined that the passenger was very ill. Flight attendant #1 was informed of situation, and informed the captain, then asked for medical assistance on PA. An rn nurse responded, passenger was given oxygen, and it was agreed that passenger was too ill to remain in flight. We returned to tpa to remove passenger from airplane. I remained in forward galley and first class area.

Narrative: A PAX IN APPROX ROW XY PUSHED THE CALL LIGHT. FLT ATTENDANTS #2 AND #4 RESPONDED TO THE CALL AND DETERMINED THAT THE PAX WAS VERY ILL. FLT ATTENDANT #1 WAS INFORMED OF SIT, AND INFORMED THE CAPT, THEN ASKED FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE ON PA. AN RN NURSE RESPONDED, PAX WAS GIVEN OXYGEN, AND IT WAS AGREED THAT PAX WAS TOO ILL TO REMAIN IN FLT. WE RETURNED TO TPA TO REMOVE PAX FROM AIRPLANE. I REMAINED IN FORWARD GALLEY AND FIRST CLASS AREA.
