Narrative:
A passenger became ill, slipping in and out of consciousness, requiring an intermediate landing in bermuda to hospitalize her. The passenger had a distended stomach, was incoherent, unable to communicate. She thrashed legs in what appeared to be a great deal of pain. She had a seizure, her tongue was swollen. We were unable to bring her back to a lucid state, even with use of oxygen and the help of a dentist and a nursing student.
