Title: A B747-200 FLC ACCEPTS AND DEPARTS NARITA WITH AN INACCURATE DESCRIPTION AND NUMBER ASSIGNED TO AN MEL ITEM ON A PROPOSED FLT TO ANC, AK.
Narrative: ACFT WAS POSSIBLY DISPATCHED WITH AN INCORRECT MEL ON A FLT FROM NARITA, TOKYO TO ANCHORAGE, AK. ACFT WAS DISPATCHED WITH AN MEL FOR AUTOTHROTTLES INOP WITH RELATIONSHIP TO AIRSPD SET MARKER (INTERNAL). APPEARS POSSIBLE THAT THE MEL MAY HAVE BEEN A WRONG NUMBER DURING THE DISPATCH.
