Narrative:
Aircraft #1 (C172) in traffic pattern for runway 30, left traffic, was cleared to land on runway 30. On downwind, completed traffic pattern and was completing landing in flare and ground rollout through intersection of runway 30 and runway 5, while simultaneously a citation had been cleared for takeoff on runway 5. Aircraft #1 was rolling out through intersection and citation had been cleared for takeoff and was rolling on runway 5 approximately 200 yards separation.
