Narrative:

A PA31, VFR lyh to lzu, due over bzm at XA31Z. Flight plan showed true airspeed of 125 KTS. Brought to supervisor's attention. Called gso approach when aircraft was overdue. Gso didn't know where he was. Informed supervisor. Supervisor said 'we don't worry about VFR's.' to the best of my knowledge, ctrs have search and rescue responsibility to VFR aircraft on flight following. I believe the supervisor was preoccupied with an operational error that had just happened on another sector.
