Narrative:
While attending training (2 months after starting job) instructor explained some policies/procedures for maintenance. It was then I realized after reading manuals several times I could have possibly inadvertently misinterped company policies/procedures for maintenance paperwork. We have so many types of forms. Work cards and job packs that are sometimes interrelated depending on different factors/conditions. The company policy/procedures are a few huge manuals and changing every day without everyone being advised of all the changes.
