Narrative:
Flight abcd from pdx to sea other captain flying. On arrival olm 2 for seattle. At cruise 10000 ft MSL, flight attendant comes to cockpit. I turn around to talk with flight attendant and captain turns to a heading of 340 degrees believing he is at the appropriate fix. We turned about 4-6 mi too early. Approach told us of the error and vectored us to reintercept. Captain was not aware of position at point of turn. I should not have gotten distracted by flight attendant.
