Narrative:
While in level flight at FL270, we received an RA on our aircraft approaching at our 2 O'clock position, 1300 ft below us and climbing. We climbed 300-400 ft to comply with the RA and advised ATC. Cause was probably high rate climb of other aircraft, resulting in the RA.

Title: ACR FLIES RA CAUSED BY RAPIDLY CLBING TFC THAT LEVELED 1000 FT BELOW.
Narrative: WHILE IN LEVEL FLT AT FL270, WE RECEIVED AN RA ON OUR ACFT APCHING AT OUR 2 O'CLOCK POS, 1300 FT BELOW US AND CLBING. WE CLBED 300-400 FT TO COMPLY WITH THE RA AND ADVISED ATC. CAUSE WAS PROBABLY HIGH RATE CLB OF OTHER ACFT, RESULTING IN THE RA.
