Narrative:
As flight attendant #2, I was preparing my galley during boarding. I was being assisted by another flight attendant. On putting the beverage cart back into its slot, the other flight attendant did not see me grab the cart and she kicked the cart door to shut it with my finger in the door.

Narrative: AS FLT ATTENDANT #2, I WAS PREPARING MY GALLEY DURING BOARDING. I WAS BEING ASSISTED BY ANOTHER FLT ATTENDANT. ON PUTTING THE BEVERAGE CART BACK INTO ITS SLOT, THE OTHER FLT ATTENDANT DID NOT SEE ME GRAB THE CART AND SHE KICKED THE CART DOOR TO SHUT IT WITH MY FINGER IN THE DOOR.
