Narrative:
A non routing card wxxx was written to change aft engine mount. Repair was accomplished without correct documentation. Maintenance procedure was not done as per maintenance manual 71-20-2, which requires engine removal to accomplish task. Inspection of the installation was accomplished by me and found to be ok. This statement constitutes my involvement in the maintenance procedure that was done.

Title: A DC9-10 HAD AN AFT ENG MOUNT REPLACED IN NON COMPLIANCE DUE TO NOT USING REQUIRED MAINT MANUAL PROCS.
Narrative: A NON ROUTING CARD WXXX WAS WRITTEN TO CHANGE AFT ENG MOUNT. REPAIR WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT CORRECT DOCUMENTATION. MAINT PROC WAS NOT DONE AS PER MAINT MANUAL 71-20-2, WHICH REQUIRES ENG REMOVAL TO ACCOMPLISH TASK. INSPECTION OF THE INSTALLATION WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY ME AND FOUND TO BE OK. THIS STATEMENT CONSTITUTES MY INVOLVEMENT IN THE MAINT PROC THAT WAS DONE.
