Narrative:

The problem arose while I was in mia plucking. Gate (customs?) agent appeared, asking me not to board a particular passenger. Their discourse went 'why do you need to check my bags, you're not checking my bags.' 'you know why I need to check your bags.' 'I'm going on.' 'if you board, I'm calling the police.' the passenger pushed past the agent, ran down jet bridge, changed clothes to disguise identity before boarding aircraft. She deposited bags at the end of zone a. She ran to the aft of aircraft, hid in lavatory, seated herself aft of plane in sleeping position. She went on in a green dress with hair up. She got off looking like a bag woman. She refused to respond to police and security agents' check and paging her. I located the bags in zone a. Flight attendant #1 proceeded to remove them. We taxied to the gate and suddenly, she appeared exclaiming she thought we were at jfk. She appeared out of it or was faking being incoherent. She said she had taken some medication and was returning from costa rica. She was always very argumentative and discourteous. She was very suspicious in nature. She was removed with her bags at the gate. An agent manager boarded the aircraft and asked questions and determined that she should be removed. Why was it even a question? Most certainly she was a security risk. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that, apparently, a customs agent had rushed after the woman from customs, because she had just come in from costa rica, and she wouldn't let him check or look in her bag. This agent then told the airline's gate agent not to board her. This was the discourse taking place in front of the reporter while she was taking tickets. The reporter said that the woman must have changed clothes on the jet bridge, because she did not get on in the original green dress, but in a sweat suit, which was why the flight attendants and police couldn't find her. The airplane started taxiing away from the gate, when the reporter found the bag, she called the purser, so they taxied back to the gate. When the supervisor escorted her off, the police were waiting in the boarding area to arrest her.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, A300, MIA-JFK. WOMAN REFUSED CUSTOMS INSPECTION OF BAG, RAN ON PLANE, HID BAG AND DISGUISED HERSELF. TAXI BACK TO GATE. PAX REMOVED FOR POLICE.

Narrative: THE PROB AROSE WHILE I WAS IN MIA PLUCKING. GATE (CUSTOMS?) AGENT APPEARED, ASKING ME NOT TO BOARD A PARTICULAR PAX. THEIR DISCOURSE WENT 'WHY DO YOU NEED TO CHK MY BAGS, YOU'RE NOT CHKING MY BAGS.' 'YOU KNOW WHY I NEED TO CHK YOUR BAGS.' 'I'M GOING ON.' 'IF YOU BOARD, I'M CALLING THE POLICE.' THE PAX PUSHED PAST THE AGENT, RAN DOWN JET BRIDGE, CHANGED CLOTHES TO DISGUISE IDENTITY BEFORE BOARDING ACFT. SHE DEPOSITED BAGS AT THE END OF ZONE A. SHE RAN TO THE AFT OF ACFT, HID IN LAVATORY, SEATED HERSELF AFT OF PLANE IN SLEEPING POS. SHE WENT ON IN A GREEN DRESS WITH HAIR UP. SHE GOT OFF LOOKING LIKE A BAG WOMAN. SHE REFUSED TO RESPOND TO POLICE AND SECURITY AGENTS' CHK AND PAGING HER. I LOCATED THE BAGS IN ZONE A. FLT ATTENDANT #1 PROCEEDED TO REMOVE THEM. AN AGENT MGR BOARDED THE ACFT AND ASKED QUESTIONS AND DETERMINED THAT SHE SHOULD BE REMOVED. WHY WAS IT EVEN A QUESTION? MOST CERTAINLY SHE WAS A SECURITY RISK. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT, APPARENTLY, A CUSTOMS AGENT HAD RUSHED AFTER THE WOMAN FROM CUSTOMS, BECAUSE SHE HAD JUST COME IN FROM COSTA RICA, AND SHE WOULDN'T LET HIM CHK OR LOOK IN HER BAG. THIS AGENT THEN TOLD THE AIRLINE'S GATE AGENT NOT TO BOARD HER. THIS WAS THE DISCOURSE TAKING PLACE IN FRONT OF THE RPTR WHILE SHE WAS TAKING TICKETS. THE RPTR SAID THAT THE WOMAN MUST HAVE CHANGED CLOTHES ON THE JET BRIDGE, BECAUSE SHE DID NOT GET ON IN THE ORIGINAL GREEN DRESS, BUT IN A SWEAT SUIT, WHICH WAS WHY THE FLT ATTENDANTS AND POLICE COULDN'T FIND HER. THE AIRPLANE STARTED TAXIING AWAY FROM THE GATE, WHEN THE RPTR FOUND THE BAG, SHE CALLED THE PURSER, SO THEY TAXIED BACK TO THE GATE. WHEN THE SUPVR ESCORTED HER OFF, THE POLICE WERE WAITING IN THE BOARDING AREA TO ARREST HER.
