Narrative:

Captain flying SID. I turned to 140 degree heading as directed by SID at 400 ft AGL and continued to climb. Shortly thereafter, I was given 090 degree heading and immediately complied. Before reaching 090 degrees we were told to stop turn at 130 degrees. Then, shortly thereafter, we were given a 280 degree heading and told to call the FAA when I got to dfw. In talking to the FAA they said the noise sensitive area was overflown by me. I told him that I did everything exactly as depicted by the SID and he said okay. We were heavy, 144000 pounds which may have delayed the turn due to slower climb and longer takeoff roll.
