Narrative:
Captain was flying aircraft. On a 3 NM final to runway 28 at W96 the left engine failed due to fuel starvation. Checklist was completed for securing the engine and feathering the propeller. I, the PNF, announced over the CTAF that we were on a 2 mi final with the left engine feathered. The captain landed the aircraft and taxied to the FBO.

Title: A PART 91 FO RPTED THAT THE L ENG ON HIS SUPER KING AIR FAILED DUE TO FUEL STARVATION AND THE CAPT LANDED AT W96 WITH THE ENG FEATHERED.
