Narrative:

The captain advised flight attendants to stow carts and equipment immediately, due to severe thunderstorms in the area. While trying to stow a meal cart, turbulence started. The aircraft and cart went one way, as I was holding it and I went another, resulting in a sprained left shoulder. Captain's warning and decision was timely, because the turbulence was severe.

Narrative: THE CAPT ADVISED FLT ATTENDANTS TO STOW CARTS AND EQUIP IMMEDIATELY, DUE TO SEVERE TSTMS IN THE AREA. WHILE TRYING TO STOW A MEAL CART, TURB STARTED.
