Narrative:
While at cruise, I had a serious coffee spill all over my chest (lid came loose on cup). While cleaning up, I missed the transition from the blues departure to the cherry arrival into sdf. The controller told us we were 7 mi off course. We corrected back to the proper radial with no further problem.
