Narrative:
Air carrier flight XXX apr/xa/00 atl-srq, MD80 with MEL's (see attached). Dispatcher overlooked MEL B cockpit/cabin compartment temperature control valves. Flight originally dispatched FL330 and revised after pushback to FL250. Actual combination of 2 MEL's (MEL B and MEL a) restr operation further as items were on different sides/pack system. Aircraft should have been limited to FL100 (10000 ft) unpressurized. Crew discovered en route.
