Narrative:
Ramp traffic hazard near gate xa at mia. The turn to gate xa is very close to the elevated terminal walkway. Below the walkway, about in line with the taxi line, is the ground vehicle passage way for ramp vehicles to pass through. The ground crew at gate xa was prepared for our arrival and as I taxied to the turn-in line, ground vehicles continued to travel rapidly through the passageway without yielding to my aircraft, forcing me to stop repeatedly prior to starting the turn-in. The vehicles included our air carrier and others.
