Narrative:
On descent into mia flight attendant #1 advised that a passenger was having a seizure. We declared an emergency and asked miami for priority handling. Also asked ZMA to call paramedics to have them at gate. Also called mia ramp and advised. When rolled into gate no ground crew or agent. After a couple mins ground crew arrived, then after about 4 mins agent arrived. Paramedics were waiting at gate and waiting for agent to open door. I had all passenger remain seated until passenger was deplaned. About 10 mins. We then had to wait for 6 wheel chairs. Why is miami like this.
