Narrative:
We were given a clearance to proceed direct to wichita VOR 113.8. Accidentally tuned in 113.2 and with autoplt engaged aircraft turned to pioneer VOR. ZKC controller asked where we were going. Needless to say, we immediately realized our mistake and ZKC gave us a vector north to wichita. No traffic conflicts occurred. ZKC controller was pretty cool about the whole thing.
