Narrative:
Uneventful approach to landing, runway 13 corpus christi. Green light, no warning horn on approach to landing. Landed with nose gear down and locked, but a 'pop' was heard on landing and plane rocked left. Main gear was not down and locked when plane came to rest. Subsequent log review showed, transponder and altimeter checks to have lapsed by 1 month. This occurred due to miscom.

Title: C182 LANDS WITH SAFE GEAR INDICATIONS FOLLOWED BY MAIN GEAR COLLAPSE.
Narrative: UNEVENTFUL APCH TO LNDG, RWY 13 CORPUS CHRISTI. GREEN LIGHT, NO WARNING HORN ON APCH TO LNDG. LANDED WITH NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED, BUT A 'POP' WAS HEARD ON LNDG AND PLANE ROCKED L. MAIN GEAR WAS NOT DOWN AND LOCKED WHEN PLANE CAME TO REST. SUBSEQUENT LOG REVIEW SHOWED, XPONDER AND ALTIMETER CHKS TO HAVE LAPSED BY 1 MONTH. THIS OCCURRED DUE TO MISCOM.
