Primary Problem | Passenger Human Performance |
Narrative:
A passenger was found in the aisle by 2 flight attendants, who said that the passenger appeared to be unconscious and unresponsive, but breathing. We paged for an md or nurse. There was a pediatrician on board. I grabbed oxygen and gave it to the doctor. We also applied ice to his head. By the time we were about to land, the passenger was starting to respond to questions. Supposedly the passenger was heading toward the back of aircraft, fell and hit his head on the arm rest. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the flight returned to dallas for the passenger to be rushed to a local hospital.
