Narrative:
Ms X wasn't feeling well. Her husband got my attention and I asked her a few questions (ie, medical condition, chest pains, difficulty breathing?) she answered 'no' to the above, but her husband had told me she had taken a diuretic. Her pupils were dilated and she seemed to be in and out of consciousness. We gave her oxygen and some orange juice. She was feeling a little better. The defibrillator was obtained but not used. Captain made the decision to divert and land in jackson, ms. Medics met the aircraft and suggested she go to the hospital, but she refused. Captain decided to remove her and her husband off the aircraft because he did not want the responsibility of something else happening in-flight. Also, medical assistance was requested and paged for onboard (md, do, rn) but he had no one answer.
