Release fuel from abq was 18100 pounds. Fuel at takeoff was 18200 pounds. The captain and I discussed and monitored our fuel from abq to stl. The captain declared minimum fuel with ZKC. 150 mi from forestal on a 076 degree heading, 256 degree radial, center assigned a 040 degree heading. The captain advised 'unable, minimum fuel.' center readback 'take the vector or declare an emergency.' the captain declared an emergency with stl approach who asked for souls and fuel on board. Due to a straight-in approach and staying at altitude, we landed with 5900 pounds of fuel.
