Narrative:
On apr/xa/0 at XA30 our lead on crew abc told us to get our high speeds out and remove the rust off all fasteners on both wing's upper and lower surfaces. We asked for paperwork -- there was none ready for us. After inquiring several times we still did not have paperwork ready for us. At XC30 manager X came up to us and began yelling at us to get to work. When the srm was brought up he said 'I don't care about the srm, I told you what I want you to do and how to do it. I'm giving you a direct order to get to work.' at air carrier if you disobey management directive you can be fired for being insubordinate. So we used high speeds and 3M lock disks to remove rust from fastener heads. Many of the fasteners were left with no lettering on the fastener heads. Inspection informed us the corrosion cards were written from the entire left wing having fasteners with corrosion around the heads. We later found out that the corrosion around 24 fasteners was removed and the cards bought off. Without fasteners being removed up to .009 inch material was removed. This is a lot of material from a fastener head. We signed off the back of the non routine write-up XXX aircraft xyz as removing rust from fasteners and pitting around heads with a high speed. I only worked on this plane 1 day, our shop steward talked to management about our concerns. We felt the fasteners should be replaced, but they were not after our signoff. We used markers as per the srm S1-10-3C to mark the corrosion.

WE USED MARKERS AS PER THE SRM S1-10-3C TO MARK THE CORROSION.
