Narrative:
While working the flight, a passenger drank beer, we (another flight attendant and myself) stopped serving alcohol to 2 male passenger. They had 5-6 beers each. After last service, a flight attendant discovered her tote bag missing and all flight attendants started searching for it. It was found later back in earlier position. When flight attendant checked bag, she found $100 missing and brown substance throughout the bag -- this was feces. It was throughout her bag. Auths met flight. A safe and secure place for flight attendant luggage is needed on all aircraft. It also has to be accessible during the flight (overhead bins designated for flight attendants only -- crew bag storage). Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter said that when she and another flight attendant had cut the 2 men off from more beer, there seemed to be no big conflict. The flight attendants told them that they would serve them more beer during the next service before landing. It was after this service was completed and they were about 45 mins from landing in jfk, that another passenger saw 1 of the 2 men (who earlier had been cut off from more beer) come out of a lavatory with the flight attendant's tote bag in hand. When the flight attendants rediscovered the tote bag, they didn't realize that it was full of feces throughout, until another flight attendant went to wash off the tooth brush container. Another flight attendant then went to get them plastic gloves for everyone to wear. They ended up disposing of all of the contents from her tote bag, and then the bag itself. The new york police met the flight and took the men into custody before anyone got off the flight. The port authority/authorized's security person, the airline's security person and an in-flight manager also met the flight.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B767-300, FRA-JFK. CABIN ATTENDANT CUT OFF BEER FROM PAX, WHO WERE SUSPECTED OF STEALING CABIN ATTENDANT'S TOTE BAG AND $100, THEN PUTTING FECES IN TOTE BAG. NEW YORK POLICE REMOVED PAX.
Narrative: WHILE WORKING THE FLT, A PAX DRANK BEER, WE (ANOTHER FLT ATTENDANT AND MYSELF) STOPPED SERVING ALCOHOL TO 2 MALE PAX. THEY HAD 5-6 BEERS EACH. AFTER LAST SVC, A FLT ATTENDANT DISCOVERED HER TOTE BAG MISSING AND ALL FLT ATTENDANTS STARTED SEARCHING FOR IT. IT WAS FOUND LATER BACK IN EARLIER POS. WHEN FLT ATTENDANT CHKED BAG, SHE FOUND $100 MISSING AND BROWN SUBSTANCE THROUGHOUT THE BAG -- THIS WAS FECES. IT WAS THROUGHOUT HER BAG. AUTHS MET FLT. A SAFE AND SECURE PLACE FOR FLT ATTENDANT LUGGAGE IS NEEDED ON ALL ACFT. IT ALSO HAS TO BE ACCESSIBLE DURING THE FLT (OVERHEAD BINS DESIGNATED FOR FLT ATTENDANTS ONLY -- CREW BAG STORAGE). CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR SAID THAT WHEN SHE AND ANOTHER FLT ATTENDANT HAD CUT THE 2 MEN OFF FROM MORE BEER, THERE SEEMED TO BE NO BIG CONFLICT. THE FLT ATTENDANTS TOLD THEM THAT THEY WOULD SERVE THEM MORE BEER DURING THE NEXT SVC BEFORE LNDG. IT WAS AFTER THIS SVC WAS COMPLETED AND THEY WERE ABOUT 45 MINS FROM LNDG IN JFK, THAT ANOTHER PAX SAW 1 OF THE 2 MEN (WHO EARLIER HAD BEEN CUT OFF FROM MORE BEER) COME OUT OF A LAVATORY WITH THE FLT ATTENDANT'S TOTE BAG IN HAND. WHEN THE FLT ATTENDANTS REDISCOVERED THE TOTE BAG, THEY DIDN'T REALIZE THAT IT WAS FULL OF FECES THROUGHOUT, UNTIL ANOTHER FLT ATTENDANT WENT TO WASH OFF THE TOOTH BRUSH CONTAINER. ANOTHER FLT ATTENDANT THEN WENT TO GET THEM PLASTIC GLOVES FOR EVERYONE TO WEAR. THEY ENDED UP DISPOSING OF ALL OF THE CONTENTS FROM HER TOTE BAG, AND THEN THE BAG ITSELF. THE NEW YORK POLICE MET THE FLT AND TOOK THE MEN INTO CUSTODY BEFORE ANYONE GOT OFF THE FLT. THE PORT AUTH'S SECURITY PERSON, THE AIRLINE'S SECURITY PERSON AND AN INFLT MGR ALSO MET THE FLT.
