Narrative:
A lan departure over psi climbing at only 700 FPM got together with an inbound to dtw over the polar intersection due in part to the slow rate of climb and my inability to provide 5 mi of lateral separation. Any other airline we work who flies SF34 conservatively climbs at 1200 FPM or more.
